An International Load Line Certificate shall be issued under the provisions of the International Convention on Load Lines, 1966, to every ship which has been surveyed and marked in accordance with the Convention or the Convention as modified by the 1988 Protocol, as appropriate。

对按《1966 年国际载重线公约》或经1988 年LL议定书修订的该公约的相应规定已经检验并勘划载重线标志的每艘船舶，应根据该公约的规定签发《国际载重线证书》。
